Творожный чизкейк.

Ингредиенты: 

Для коржа 
Печенье — 400 г 
Масло сливочное — 150 г
Для творожного слоя 
Творог — 700 г
Сливки — 400 мл 
Сахар — 200 г 
Ванилин 
Желатин — 25 г 
Для фруктового слоя 
Киви — 1 шт. 
Клубника — 4 шт. 
Желе — 1 пакет 

Приготовление:

1. Печенье можно взять «Юбилейное», «Сахарное», «Детское» или любое песочное.Сделать это можно, как в блендере, так и просто скалкой. 
2. Печенье смешать со сливочным маслом. 
3. Разъемную форму для выпечки застелить пищевой пленкой.Заготовку из печенья выложить на форму и аккуратно распределить по дну, поверхность выровнять. Форму отправить в холодильник и дать ему охладиться. 
4. Творог перетереть через сито или взбить блендером в пышную массу. Желатин залить водой и оставить для набухания. Сливки взбить с сахаром, добавить ванилин и соединить с творогом. Пока подготавливали сливки, желатин растворился в воде.Соединить сливочно-творожную массу с желатином.Творожную массу выложить в форму на слой из печенья и оставить в холодильнике на 2-3 часа. Застывшая творожная масса очень красива сама по себе, но добавить еще ярких красок можно используя красную клубнику и зеленый киви. 

Желейный слой 
Приготовить желе по инструкции на упаковке. 
Из одного пакетика получается 1 стакан желе. 50 мл желе отлить в отдельный стакан. 
Оставшееся желе вылить на застывший творожный слой и оставить в холодильнике. 
Уложить нарезанные кусочки фруктов в центр остывшего чизкейка.Тонким слоем желе покрыть фруктами Отправить простой чизкейк из творога в холодильник на пару часов, до застывания желе.
