— 100 г сливочного масла 
— 100 г сахара
— 300 г муки
— 1 яйцо
— 1 ст. л. молотого имбиря
— 2 ст. л. какао
— 3 ст. л. меда
— 1,5 ч. л. разрыхлителя теста
— 1 ч. л. молотой корицы


1. Соедините мягкое масло, сахар и взбейте их с помощью миксера. Добавьте мед.
2. Введите яйцо и еще раз взбейте до однородности.
3. Добавьте в тесто имбирь, корицу, мускатный орех, какао и перемешайте.
4. Добавьте муку с разрыхлителем и замесите тесто. Оберните его пленкой и уберите ненадолго в холодильник.
5. Из готового теста раскатайте пласт и вырежьте печенья нужной формы. Разложите их на противне и выпеките в духовке в течение 10-12 минут при 180 градусах.
