«Ленивые» ножки.

Вам потребуется:

1 упаковка куриных голеней, 
2 моркови, 
2 луковицы, 
1 банка консервированной кукурузы, 
стакан (200 мл) риса (у нас сорт Жасмин), 
500 мл кипятка или бульона,
перец паприка,
пряности по вкусу, 
растительное масло для жарки.

Как готовить:

1. С кукурузы слить жидкость. Лук очистить и мелко порезать. Морковь очистить и натереть на терке. 

2. Обжарить на сковороде лук и морковь. Добавить в сковороду промытый рис, кукурузу, перемешать, чтобы он пропитался маслом. 

3. Переложить смесь в форму. Залить двумя стаканами кипятка или горячим бульоном. 

4. Курицу натереть со всех сторон солью, перцем и паприкой. Выложить на рис. Накрыть фольгой и поставить в духовку. 

5. Запекать в течение часа при температуре 200° С. 

При подаче украсить зеленью.
