ФАРШИРОВАННАЯ УТКА

Начинка:
1/2 утиной грудки дополнительно (нарезать кусочками),
1 белая луковица (мелко нарезать),
350 г мелких шампиньонов (отварить целиком),
гречка или фасоль 1 ст. ( на этот раз фасоль «черный глаз», замочить на 8-10 часов, поменять воду, отварить до готовности),
4 чернослива целиком (промыть) ,
горсть фисташек,
яблоко (нарезать кусочками),
веточка розмарина,
1 долька чеснока, разрезать на 4 части,
1 ч.л. свежего имбиря.

Все компоненты смешиваем, начиняем утку, зашиваем. 

Выпекаем сначала при 200, затем при 170 — всего 2 часа.

За 1 час до готовности выкладываем на противень картофель, за 30 минут- яблоки, чеснок, лук, дольки апельсина с гвоздикой.

Красиво подаем, спокойно нарезая на порции.
